Help, fast.

Quick Troubleshooting

Start here — 60-second checklist.

01Confirm your booking time is active in your confirmation text/email.
02Try your door code again — codes are case-sensitive.
03Check that the simulator power switch is in the ON position.
04Ensure the room's Wi-Fi is connected (indicator on the panel).
05Restart the TrackMan unit if ball data isn't appearing.
Common Issues

Find your issue.

Door codes are issued per booking and active only during your reserved window. Re-check your confirmation for the correct code. If the keypad doesn't respond, ensure you're entering within your booked time — codes activate a few minutes before your start.

Press the power button on the main panel. The TrackMan interface loads within 60 seconds. If the screen stays dark, confirm the projector is on and the room power switch is engaged.

If the image is dim or absent, check that the projector lamp indicator is solid (not blinking red). Adjust the projector input to 'HDMI 1'. A blinking red light indicates a lamp issue — report an incident.

SimGolfNow bays require connectivity for course data and booking sync. Check the panel's network indicator. If offline, restart the modem located in the equipment cabinet.

If clubs, balls, or turf are damaged, note the bay number and report it. Do not attempt to repair hardware yourself — all maintenance is handled by SimGolfNow.

For booking changes, double-charges, or missing codes, check your email and text confirmations first. If unresolved, contact support@simgolfnow.com with your booking reference.
